Develop a coun�y-vide economic development plan rhat <br />focuses on clean-up and deve].opment/redevelopment of <br />polluted lands; (such plan should bQ part of a <br />comprehensive regional plar, to dsal �ith the clean-up <br />of polluted 5i.tes); <br />Q. PrioritiZe the sites that are to be cleaned up; <br />5. Reguire changes in the lar� that �cul.d •Iimit the costs <br />associa�ed �ith pre-cleanup, including litigation <br />costs; <br />6_ Require state funds/grants to finance C1ean-up of <br />polluted lands; and <br />AZ1 other TIF prcpasals <br />]..
