��A ���L�J'���Pd �O. �S-���.2:� <br />�,���.���r� ������ �����r� s��� � ������s� �� � 1������-�.� <br />��� ��us��� x�������r �� �����,���i� s��� <br />�`r��.A�, throughout 1994, Mounds View particip�ted in the North 1Vletro I�usi:�:,���;., <br />l�etention and Development Program, and <br />��.A�, over 100 Mounds View businesses participated in a two part sur�i�y pr�c���� <br />that included a 10 page written quesiionnaire and a persona� interview, and <br />W1I���,�, all unmediate issues that resulted from the suzvey were addressed b� the <br />Mounds View Economic Development Coordinator, and <br />��1HEgiEAS, aggregate results of the survey were reviewed by members of the Econonaic <br />Development Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, twelve action steps were developed and approved by the Economic <br />Development Commission in response to the overall results of the survey as outlined in <br />Attachment A, and <br />VYHER.EAS, the Economic Development Authority is committed to fostering a positive <br />economic climate for the City of Mounds View, and <br />WHEREAS, the implementation of the action steps would be in the best economic <br />interest of the City of Mounds View. <br />NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Economic Development <br />Authority hereby approves the action steps in response to the North Metro Business <br />Retention and Development Survey per attachment A. <br />Adopted by the Economic Development Authoriry of the City of Mounds View this <br />12th day of June, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />President <br />Executive Director <br />
