RESOLUTION 7917 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2011— 2013 LABOR AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE MOUNDS VIEW POLICE DEPARTMENT SERGEANTS GROUP, LELS 232 <br /> WHEREAS, the previously approved Labor Agreement with the Police Sergeants <br /> (LELS 232, the "Union") expired at the end of 2010; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Union held a series of negotiating sessions in an <br /> effort to ratify a new agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met in Executive Sessions to consider revised <br /> terms associated with the 2011-2013 Labor Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Union has reviewed and approved the terms as represented in <br /> the attached 2011-2013 Labor Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View does hereby approve a three year Labor Agreement with LELS 232 <br /> (MVPD Sergeants) effective from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of March, 2012. <br /> oe Flaherty, i - - <br /> ATTEST: <br /> j0,, - <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
