RESOLUTION 7939 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />FOR THE MERMAID LOCATED AT 2200 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10 <br />WHEREAS, The Mermaid's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2012; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of The Mermaid's On-Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor License for the period of July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, contingent on a <br />satisfactory criminal background check and a satisfactory fire inspection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for The Mermaid for the <br />period of July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, contingent on a satisfactory criminal <br />background check and a satisfactory fire inspection. <br />Adopted this 14th day of May, 2012. <br />� <br />e Fla r <br />ATTEST: <br /><J c',w�.e.� �it2,.c.-ca-�9'�-- <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
