RESOLUTION 7941 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />FOR ABC LIQUOR LOCATED AT 2840 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10 <br />WHEREAS, ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2012; and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License, <br />pending a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension <br />(BCA). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor for the period of July 1, 2012 to <br />June 30, 2013, contingent on a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of <br />Criminal Apprehension (BCA). <br />Adopted this 29t" day of May, 2012. <br />, <br />ATTEST: <br />� C�.�Ir�n-eiJ � <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
