RESOLUTION 7959 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CIGARETTE AND TOBACCO LICENSE FOR <br /> ABC LIQUOR LOCATED AT 2840 HIGHWAY 10 <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate certain type of <br /> businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and <br /> WHEREAS, ABC Liquor submitted the required application materials and fees; and <br /> WHEREAS, the licensing period would be July 1, 2012- June 30, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br /> Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve a Cigarette and Tobacco license to ABC Liquor located at 2840 Highway10 <br /> for the period of July 1, 2012 to June 30. 2013. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of June, 2012. <br /> oe Flahew, - ,• <br /> ATTEST: � -d <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
