RESOLUTION 7969 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> Resolution Approving a Transfer of Ownership from Ge Xiong to Menbe, Inc., for <br /> an <br /> Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor and Cigarette/Tobacco License for <br /> ABC Liquor Located at 2840 County Highway 10 <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br /> City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ge Xiong, current owner of ABC Liquor, wishes to transfer his Off- <br /> Sale Intoxicating Liquor License and Cigarette/Tobacco License to Menbe, Inc; and <br /> WHEREAS, Menbe, Inc., submitted all required City and State license application <br /> materials and fees; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License <br /> and Cigarette/Tobacco license transfer to Menbe, Inc., (doing business as ABC Liquor), <br /> pending a satisfactory criminal background check. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License and Cigarette/Tobacco License <br /> transfer from Ge Xiong to Menbe, Inc., (doing business as ABC Liquor) for the period of <br /> August 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, contingent on a satisfactory criminal background check. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of July, 2012. <br /> e . ..r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> J Cvme • bv <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
