Hill has requested approval of a major <br />subdivision for the property legally known as: <br /> <br />THE SOUTH 5 ACRES OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, PINE CREST ADDITION, EXCEPT <br />THAT PART OF SAID SOUTH 5 ACRES LYING EAST OF A LINE BEGINNJNG AT <br />A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTH 5 ACRES, SAID POINT BEING <br />414.36 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH 5 ACRES; <br />THENCE SOUTH AT AN ANGLE OF 90 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS <br />RIGHT TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 2, AND SAID LINE THERE <br />TERMINATING. <br /> <br />OUTLOT B AND OUTLOT A, MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK, EXCEPT THAT <br />PART OF SAID OUTLOT A LYING EAST OF A LINE BEGINNING AT A POINT <br />ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID OUTLOT A, SAID POINT BEING SOUTH 89 <br />DEGREES 19 MINUTES 21 SECONDS EAST, ASSUMED BEARING, 409.00 FEET <br />FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID OUTLOT A; THENCE NORTH 31 <br />DEGREES 43 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST 19.26 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE <br />OF SAID OUTLOT A AND SAID LINE THERE TERMINATING. <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plat is shown as Mounds View Business Park <br />East Building M Addition and dated March 30, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />applicant's request for a major subdivision including one (1) lot <br />and an exception portion and found that it is in conformance with <br />all applicable sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the requested subdivision and recommended approval in <br />Resolution No. 379-94. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the major subdivision request by C.G. Hill <br />contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. . Park Dedication Fees, as required by Title 1200 of the <br />Mounds View Municipal Code, are paid in full prior to <br />recording of the Plat. <br />
