<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4579 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIGN AREA VARIANCE REQUEST BY <br />MAJOR VIDEO CONCEPTS, INC. FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2537 HIGHWAY 10, PLANNING CASE NO. 384-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request of Major Video concepts, Inc. for a variance to allow the <br />placement of 221.50 square feet of sign area at 2537 Highway 10 <br />where only 100 square feet is allowed by Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />'WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the criteria used to <br />evaluate all variance requests; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has presented a hardship <br />statement to the City council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the variance requested is the minimum <br />necessary to alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the variance request of Major Video <br />concepts, Inc. for the placement of 221.50 square feet of sign <br />area at 2537 Highway 10. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of June, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
