<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4620 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR DAVID TANNER <br />7935 SUNNYSIDE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 388-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request of David Tanner for an oversized garage; 'and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows, by <br />conditional use permit, up to l,264 square feet of garage square <br />footage on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing a garage not to <br />exceed l,OOO square feet, which is below the maximum allowed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br />setback requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the requested conditional use permit for an <br />oversized garage, not to exceed l,OOO square feet, by David <br />Tanner, 7935 Sunnyside Road, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey Co. <br /> <br />b) The building be designed and maintained to provide a <br />uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> <br />c) Should the use change for what the permit was granted <br />for, the permit will become null and void. <br /> <br />d) That the total square footage of all accessory <br />buildings on the property shall not exceed 1,264 sq. ft. <br /> <br />Adopted this 29th day of August, 1994 <br /> <br />ATTEST: -. <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />C <br />
