RESOLUTION NO. 4622 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON SEPTEMBER 12, 1994 Change In: Auditor's No. , Division No.: DD064873 0431 Plat: MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK EAST!PINECREST ADDITION; OUTLOT A (SANITARY SEWER) Motion by: Quick WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the City Council of Mounds View, adopted Resolution No. 4622 , the Special Assessments for the Construction of Auditor's No. 0431 , were levied against the attached list of described properties, said list made a part herein; and WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that the assessments for Auditor's No. 0431 against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein. Seconded by Wuori 5 ayes COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW I" the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Clerk of said city DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the attached foregoing extract of Minutes of a meet- ing of the City Council of said City held on se~tember 12, 1994, at 7:00 p.m. with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessment for Auditor's No. 0431 because of the convey- ance of/or replatting of certain properties.
