<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4638 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR BRADY NEUMANN, <br />8425 SPRING LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 395-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View city Council has reviewed the <br />request of Brady Neumann for an oversized garage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows, by <br />conditional use permit, up to 1,264 square feet of garage square <br />footage on one lo~; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing a garage not to <br />exceed 1,264 square feet, which is the maximum allowed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br />setback requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the request and recommended approval. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the requested Conditional Use Permit for an <br />oversized garage, not to exceed 1,264 square feet, by Brady <br />Neumann, 8425 Spring Lake Road, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />b) The building be designed and maintained to provide a <br />uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> <br />c) That an 8'x 8' accessory building currently located on <br />the property be removed prior to construction of the <br />garage addition. <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of September, 1994 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~7{.~ <br /> <br />.. c- Mayo <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />~7t4Yd;) ~~ <br />C' Y Admin1strator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
