<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4639 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SHERWOOD ESTATES PRELIMINARY PLAT, <br />CITYWIDE DEVELOPERS, PLANNING CASE NO. 387-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, citywide Developers have requested approval of <br />a Preliminary Plat for the property legally described and attached <br />as Exhibit A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plat is shown as Sherwood Estates and dated <br />July 29, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View city Council has reviewed the <br />applicant's request for a Plat that includes 17 lots and one (1) <br />outlot and found that it is in conformance with all applicable <br />sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the Plat and recommended approval. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the Preliminary Plat of Sherwood Estates for <br />Citywide Developers contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1) Outlot A, as shown on the proposed Plat, shall be <br />deeded to the City until such time that the property to the <br />immediate South of the Outlot is developed. <br /> <br />2) Storm water ponding on the proposed Plat shall be <br />provided per direction of the City Consulting Engineer. <br /> <br />3) The storm water management plan for the proposed <br />plat shall be approved by the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation (MnDOT). <br /> <br />4) Installation of watermain to service the.properties <br />included in the plat shall be made per direction of the city <br />Engineer and the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />5) The applicant shall satisfactorily resolve any <br />additional issues which arise during consultation <br />with the City Engineer and Staff. <br /> <br />~ <br />
