<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4643 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR CATHY BENNETT, <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cathy Bennett began working for the City of Mounds View in <br />April of this year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Bennett's work performance has fulfilled the <br />responsibilities Qf Economic Development Coordinator as outlined in <br />the job description; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Bennett's work performance has been satisfactorily <br />reflected in her probationary performance review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment to Step 2, which is consistent with the <br />city's compensation policy, is recommended. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View city Council <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment for Cathy Bennett from <br />$2973.03/month to $3063.12/month effective 10/4/94. <br /> <br />Presented this 10th day of October, 1994. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br />
