<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2455 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON <br /> <br />MARCH 13, 1989 <br /> <br />Change In: Auditor's No. <br /> <br />0165 ,Division No.: <br /> <br />DA061909 <br /> <br />Plat: Lambert's Addition (Water) <br /> <br />Motion by: Councilmember Wuori <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the City Council of <br />Mounds View, adopted Resolution No. 2455, the Special <br />Assessments for the Construction of Auditor's No. 0165, were <br />levied against the attached list of described properties, said <br />list made a part herein: <br /> <br />And WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been <br />conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached <br />list, and said list made a part herein: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of <br />Mounds View, that the assessments for Auditor's No. 0165 <br />against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly <br />certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection <br />in the amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part <br />herein. <br /> <br />Seconded by <br /> <br />5 ayes <br /> <br />Councilmember Quick <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified City Clerk of <br />saId City DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the <br />attached foregoing extract of Minutes of a meeting of the City <br />Council of said City held on March 13 , 1989 at 7:00 <br />p.m. with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same <br />is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the <br />same relates to the changing of the assessment for Auditor's No. <br />0165 because of the conveyance of/or replatting of certain <br />properties. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand and seal of said City this <br />March 13 ,19 89. <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />13th <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
