<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2482 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR JOSEPHINE <br />HUHNE, 8406 RED OAK DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 265-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Josephine Huhne has requested approval of a minor <br />subdivision for the property located at 8406 Red Oak Drive, <br />legally known as: <br /> <br />N 101 FT OF S 2531 FT OF W 528 FT OF NE 1/4 <br />(SUBJ TO RDS) IN SEC 6 TN 30 RN 23~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />applicant's request for a minor subdivision and determines that <br />it is in conformance with all applicable chapters of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the minor subdivision request by <br />Josephine Huhne contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1) Providing the City with appropriate title abstracts <br />and recording those abstracts with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />2) The existing shed on Tract B shall be relocated to <br />Tract A. <br /> <br />3) All requirements of the City Engineer as outlined in <br />the Staff Report dated April 25, 1989, are complied <br />with. <br /> <br />4) The Park Dedication requirements are satisfactorily <br />met. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of May, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
