<br />"f .. <br />,. , <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2497 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNlY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION AND APPRECIATION TO PAT ERLANDSON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pat Erlandson become principal of Pinewood Elementary School in <br />1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since becoming principal Pat has fostered a spirit of community <br />among the students and staff of Pinewood that has included greater cooperation and <br />improved relations with the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pat's leadership has led to greater participation in the decisions <br />affecting Pinewood School by the students, staff and parents; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pat has encouraged the establishment of a Drug Awareness <br />Resistance Education program at Pinewood in cooperation with the Mounds View <br />Police Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pat will be leaving Pinewood School to advance her career only <br />after having created an atmosphere that will continue to foster excellence. among the <br />students and staff. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View on behalf of the residents of the City of Mounds View, commends Pat <br />Erlandson for her outstanding work as Principal of Pinewood Elementary School and <br />wishes her well in her future endeavors. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of June, 1989 <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br />
