<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2505 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR <br />MICHAEL READ, 2208 LOIS DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 267-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael Read has requested a wetland alteration <br />permit to construct a fence in the buffer zone 'of a wetland: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed site and garage meets all zoning <br />ordinance minimum lot area and yard setback requirements: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed and commented on the wetland <br />impact and found that the proposal does not have a significant <br />adverse impact on the wetland. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the wetland alteration permit <br />contingent upon: <br /> <br />1.
