<br />.~, <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2508 <br /> <br />CI1Y OF MOUND VIEW <br />COUN1Y OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND MAYOR TO EXECUTE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 89-88 <br />WITH TACO BELL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Code, Section 40, requires a <br />conditional use permit for the proposed restaurant requested by Taco Bell <br />Corporation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the proposed conditional use permit request which involves a <br />PUD, Planned Unit Development, and recommended approval in <br />Resolution No. 250-89; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />restaurant conditional use permit request and the recommendation action <br />of the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has stipulated <br />requirements to be included in Development Agreement No. 89-88 hereto <br />attached; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council authorizes its Clerk-Administrator and Mayor to execute <br />Development Agreement No. 89-88 pursuant to direction found above. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of July, 1989. <br /> <br />~~ .44-. <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
