<br />,- <br /> <br />;,'.0',;;/;:,.,-".< <br /> <br />X_Mtl <br /> <br />II':," <br />-. ;.:.:, <br />.-,- ..... <br />'::\:<JiIr'" .... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2589 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO. 2435 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />on January 9, 1989 adopted Resolution No. 2435 Establishing <br />Salaries and Benefits effective January 1, 1989: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, It has been noted that the salary for the <br />Clerk-Administrator was incorrectly stated at $51,714 per <br />year and should have been $53,717 per year: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, It is not the desire of the Mounds View <br />City Council to penalize the Clerk-Administrator for an <br />error contained Within Resolution No. 2435. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Mounds View hereby authorizes retroactive pay <br />for the period January 1, 1989 through December 31, 1989 In <br />the amount of $2,003 to correct the error contained Within <br />Resolution No. 2435. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of January, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
