E(l), general concept stage; and <br /> <br />~lHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Concept Plan <br />taking into consideration Chapter 40.24, Subd. D(2); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the on-site <br />circulation, which at this time there are no public streets or <br />pedestrianways proposed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the location and <br />extent of the ponding areas proposed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the land use <br />proposed and recognizes it is appropriate given the proposed site <br />zoning and is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />NmJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the concept stage of the PUD <br />contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. Permits from the Rice Creek Watershed District, Army <br />Corps of Engineers, and Department of Natural <br />Resources are applied for and approved. <br /> <br />2. The applicant present alternative site plans <br />addressing the following: <br /> <br />a) Alignment of Jackson Drive <br />driveway. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />b) Access between sites must be <br /> <br />c) Truck traffic along County <br />evaluated. <br /> <br />t be <br /> <br />d) The applicant pursue <br />Hoodale Drive. <br /> <br />3.
