<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember PAONE introduced the following <br />resolution, the reading of whc was dispensed with by unanimous <br />consent, and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2597 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />MODIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 AND THE PROPOSED <br />MODIFICATION OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1 AND <br />THE PROPOSED ADOPTION OF THE MODIFIED TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING PLAN AND PROGRAM RELATING THERETO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council (the "Council") of the <br />City of Mounds View, Minnesota (the "City") as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Public Hearing. This Council shall meet on <br />Monday, March 12, 1990, at approximately 7:05 p.m., to hold a <br />public hearing on the following matters: (a) the proposed <br />modification to the boundaries of the City's Development <br />District No.2, (b) the proposed modification of Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 1 therein, and (c) the proposed <br />adoption of a Modified Tax Increment Financing Plan and <br />Program relting thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes. Sections 469.124 to 469.134, as <br />amended and Minnesota Statutes. Sections 469.174 to 469.179, <br />inclusive, as amended. <br /> <br />Section 2. Notice of Hearina. The City Clerk- <br />Administra-tor is authorized and directed to cause notice of <br />the hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, to be given as required by law, to place a copy of <br />the proposed Modifications on file in the Clerk- <br />Administrator's Office at City Hall and to make such copy <br />available for inspection by the public prior to the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember QIIT r:K , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Hankner, Councilmembers Quick, Paone, Wuori, <br />Blanchard <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />o Nays <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota on <br />February 5, 1990. <br />Adopted this of <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
