<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3000 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY HALL OFFICE HOURS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hounds View City Ball staff has recODIDlended a <br />modification to City Ball office hours; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said recODlDlendation is beinq made in the interest <br />of offering greater service to residents and users of City <br />services. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Hounds View approves the staff recODlDlendationdated <br />January 17, 1990 for the institution of modified office hours and <br />the work hours of the City Hall personnel. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Ball office hours <br />cODlDlencinq on Karch 5, 1990 shall be 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., <br />Honday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these new office hours shall be <br />re-evaluated for their effectiveness on or about November 1st of <br />1990. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Hounds View commends the City Hall staff for their cooperative <br />efforts to improve customer relations and customer service. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
