<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3001 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION <br />FOR I.U.O.E. LOCAL NO. 49 EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View and the City's Public <br />Works employees represented by I.U.O.E. Local No. 49 have <br />been negotiating a 1990 Master Labor Agreement calling for <br />changes to the Work and Pay classifications of the Public <br />Works employees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such changes will be in the best interest of <br />providing efficient and effective public services to the <br />community while allowing for personal and professional <br />growth on the part of the Public Works employees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the employees of the Mounds View Public Works <br />Department have approached these negotiations in the spirit <br />of cooperation and goodwill; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City <br />Council to recognize the efforts of the Public Works <br />employees to institute positive changes in the operations of <br />the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves a $225.50 per month <br />insurance contribution for 1990 for Public Works employees <br />represented by I.U.O.E.
