<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3004 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEvL <br />COUNTY OF RAHSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the City Hall, on the 26th day of February, 1990 <br />with the following members present: Blanchard, VJuori, Quick, <br />Hankner, Paone <br /> <br />and the following members absent: None <br /> <br />Hember Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SETTING WATER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1990 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to <br />establish water rates; and <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is <br />necessary that the City adjust its water rates; <br /> <br />NO\! THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of <br />Hounds View, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Effective January 1, 1990, the water rate will be <br />$0.90 per 1,000 gallons. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the water rates <br />to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Huori upon a vote being taken, 5 Ayes, <br />o Nays, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />this 26th day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
