<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3005 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VImJ <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the City Hall, on the 26th day of February, 1990 <br />with the following members present: Blanchard, vJuori, Quick, <br />Hankner, Paone <br /> <br />and the following members absent: None <br /> <br />Member Paone introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SETTING SEHER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1990 <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to <br />establish sewer rates; and <br /> <br />VJHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is <br />necessary that the City adjust its sewer rates; <br /> <br />NOIJ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Effective January 1, 1990, the sewer rate will be <br />$38.25 per quarter per REC (Residential Equivalent <br />Connection). <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the sewer rates <br />to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Quick and upon a vote being taken,S Ayes, <br />o Nays, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />this 26th day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~/?J ~ <br /> <br />Mayor " <br /> <br />(SEAL ). <br /> <br />
