<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3007 <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CLASSIFICATION OF TAX <br />FORFEITED LANDS AND REQUESTING ACQUISITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey <br />County by resolution dated February 20, 1990 classified as <br />non-conservation land lying within the limits of the City of <br />Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the classification resolution <br />together with a list of the land classified as being <br />submitted for approval of the classification in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes Annotated Section 282.01, Sub. 1; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has determined that <br />said land is required for wetland conservation purposes. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said classification <br />of the land shown on said list as non-conservation land is <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk- <br />Administrator are authorized to make application for <br />conveyance of said tax forfeited lands for wetlands <br />preservation purposes. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Administrator <br />be an hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this <br />resolution in application for conveyance of said tax <br />forfeited land in the tax forfeited land section. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of March, 1990. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />. <br />
