<br />.. <br /> <br />~.}IIt- <br /> <br />....-: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3070 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE/PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT REQUEST BY DYNEX INDUSTRIES FOR A <br />PHASED BUILDING ADDITION AT 4751 MUSTANG CIRCLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, DYnex Industries has requested a conditional <br />use/planned unit development to allow a phased development of <br />the property they own at 4751 Mustang Circle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, DYnex Industries has submitted a site plan <br />dated July 10, 1990, and received by the City July 11, 1990, <br />which outlines the phased development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that the northern <br />portion of the parking/driveway area remain gravel until Phase <br />3 develops in 1993 or the applicant applies for an extension; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the site plan calls for interlocking curbing <br />on a portion of the parking/driveway area which has been found <br />.....~~. be acceptable by the City Engineer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the plans and found <br />the plans acceptble; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project has received approval from the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the requested Conditional <br />Use/Planned Unit Development for the phased building addition <br />at DYnex Industries, 4751 Mustang Circle, contingent upon the <br />following: <br /> <br />1.
