<br />.~... - ..- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3071 <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUESTED LAND DIVISION <br />BY ELVERA MILLER/MYRNA MARCUS, 7415 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE <br /> <br />r' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed <br />the requested land division proposed by Elvera Miller and <br />MYrna Marcus that would reduce one lot by 10 feet and add to <br />the abutting lot by 10 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate of <br />Survey dated July 11, 1990, for review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Engineer has reviewed the <br />proposed land division and found it to be acceptable. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves requested land division. <br /> <br />.'.,.. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13 day of August, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />L~M. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Acti~~strator <br /> <br />&<"~ <br />
