<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3085 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF SEWER FUND <br />RETAINED EARNINGS DESIGNATED FOR FUTURE MAINTENANCE <br />FOR THE PURCHASE OF SEWER MAIN INSPECTION <br />EQUIPMENT AND AMENDMENT OF THE 1990 SEWER BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />awarded a bid for the purchase of television inspection equipment <br />on September 10, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Cues, Inc. has available a unique piece of <br />equipment not available from other vendors at this time or at <br />similar prices; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, insufficient funds were budgeted for the <br />purchase of this equipment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is within the City Council's authority to <br />transfer funds as it deems necessary. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />hereby authorizes the use of $41,000 of the Sewer Fund Retained <br />Earnings Designated for Future Maintenance for the purchase of <br />television inspection equipment and amends the 1990 Sewer Fund <br />Budget by increasing the amounts budgeted for Appropriation of Fund <br />Balance, account 730-3850, and 'Sewer Operations, Capital, account <br />730-4121-703 by $41,000. <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of September, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />4~?7? .~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~ <br />Acting ler - inistrator <br />
