<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3088 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SETTING THE WAGE RATE FOR <br />ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE STATE PRIMARY <br />AND GENERAL ELECTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Mounds View is required <br />by State Law to hold a State Primary and General Election; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, election laws require the appointment of <br />judges for conducting the election at the precinct level; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />appointed the judges on August 13, 1990 and wishes to set the <br />wag rate for the Chairperson for each precinct at $5.50 per <br />hour and the wage rate for the election judges at $5.00 per <br />hour. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the wage rates for <br />election judges during the September 11, 1990 State Primary <br />and the November 6, 1990 General Election shall be $5.00 per <br />hour for the precinct judges and $5.50 per hour for precinct <br />Chairpersons. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12- day of September. 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~- <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />?# .d.~ <br />. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~rator <br />
