<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3093 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MIN~ESOTA <br /> <br />RBSOLUTION APPROVING A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR <br />TYSON TRUCKING TO CONSTRUCT A DETENTION POND <br />IN A WETLAND BUFFER ZONE, 4825 MUSTA~G CIRCLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the MoundS View city council has reviewed the <br />request by Tyson Trucking for a wetland alteration permit to <br />construct a detention pond within a wetlanq puffer zone; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, tne Municipal Code allows construction in the <br />buffer zone of a wetland with a wetland alte~ation permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View finds <br />that there will be no adverse impact on the w~tland as a result <br />of the proposed construction; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />city of Mounds View to approve the requested wetland alteration <br />permit for the construction of a detention pond within the <br />wetland buffer zone at 4825 Mustang Circle. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of september, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~_~4.~ <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Acting ~~r <br />
