<br />.- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3094 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APP~QVING LIMITED USE PERMIT <br />BETWEEN THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />FOR A PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Limited Use Permit has been submitted to the City <br />Council, of the City of Mounds View for a pedestrian walkway along <br />County Road I and under the I-35W overpass; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously reviewed and <br />~ndorsed the pedestrian walkway project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City council has reviewed said Limited Use <br />Permit and finds the same to be in order. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the <br />ci ty of Mounds view that said Limited Use Permit is hereby <br />approved and that tha Mayor 1S hereby authorized to execute the <br />Limited Use Permit an behal( of the City of Mounds view. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of september, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~#~ <br />ayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~. <br />Acting Cl k-A -nl.strator <br />
