<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3098 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3056 ESTABLISHING <br />A UNIFORM SCHEUDLE OF FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all the fees and charges of the City of Mounds <br />View are listed on a uniform schedule; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 3056 there were noted <br />discrepancies with regards to certain fees and charges; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to <br />correct these noted discrepancies by amending the resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View hereby amends Resolution No. 3056 <br />which established a uniform schedule of fees and charges as <br />follows: <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following Uniform <br />Schedule of Fees and Charges shall be implemented eftective <br />January 1, 1991. <br /> <br />I. Building Permits (Chapter 59) <br /> <br />(A) Minimum Fee. The minimum fee for all permits <br />shall be $15.00 unless otherwise specified. <br /> <br />(B) Valuation Table. The following Valuation Table <br />shall be used to determine fees for those permits <br />so indicated below and in all cases where the work <br />is of such a nature that the permit fees cannot be <br />determined from the schedule established below for <br />such work. <br /> <br />VALUATION TABLE <br /> <br />$1.00 to $500.00 <br />$501.00 to $2,000.00 <br /> <br />$15.00 for the first <br />$500.00 plus $2.00 for <br />each additional $100.00 <br />or fraction thereof, to <br />and including $2,000.00 <br /> <br />$45.00 for the first <br />$12,000.00 plus $9.00 for <br />each additional $1,000.00 <br />or fraction thereof, to <br />and including $25,000.00 <br /> <br />$2,001.00 to <br />$25,000.00 <br />
