<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4000 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR ADDITIONAL ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR <br />RAY REILLEY, 7660 SPRING LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 314-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request of Ray Reilley for additional accessory building <br />square footage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by <br />conditional use permit up to 1,264 square feet of accessory <br />building square footage on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed total accessory building square <br />footage on the lot is 1,100 square feet which is below the <br />maximum allowed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br />setback requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed this request and recommends approval. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the requested conditional use permit .for <br />additional accessory building square footage by Ray Reilley, <br />7660 Spring Lake Road, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a) That the conditional use permit is recorded with <br />Ramsey County. <br /> <br />b) The building shall be designed and maintained to <br />provide a uniform appearance with the dwelling <br />unit. <br /> <br />c) That if the use should change for what the permit <br />was granted for, the permit will become null and <br />void. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd <br /> <br />day of October, 1990. <br /> <br />~.)7/ ~- <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~~- <br />ACtin!KI El~n~strator <br />
