<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4001 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR DARVEN UNRUH <br />TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION IN A WETLAND BUFFER ZONE, <br />5177 LONGVIEW DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 315-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request by Darven Unruh for a wetland alteration permit to <br />construct a four season porch in the buffer zone of a wetland; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the addition meets all setback requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Code allows construction in the buffer zone <br />of a wetland with a Wetland Alteration Permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there will be no impact on the wetland as a <br />result of this structure. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the requested Wetland Alteration Permit to <br />construct an addition in the buffer zone of a wetland at 5177 <br />Longview Drive. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of October, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~M.~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~. <br />Actin leri-Admi~strator <br />
