<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4002 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE <br />AND LOCATIONS FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW LION'S CLUB <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Lion's Club presently has a <br />charitable gambling license approved by the City of Mounds View; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Lion's Club is requesting <br />renewal of its charitable gambling license; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Law requires the Mounds View Lion's Club <br />to obtain individual premise permits for the following locations: <br /> <br />Mermaid, Inc. <br />2200 Highway 10 <br />Mounds View, Minnesota <br /> <br />Donatelle's Supper Club <br />2400 Highway 10 <br />Mounds View, Minnesota <br /> <br />Robert's Off 10 <br />2400 County Road H2 <br />Mounds View, Minnesota <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the Ci ty of Mounds View hereby approves the renewal of the <br />charitable gambling license application and locations for the <br />Mounds View Lion's Club. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of October, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_~h;~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~r- <br />Ac~inCle~-~dministrator <br />
