<br />RESOLUTION NO. 4007 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT REQUEST BY <br />EVEREST DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTING TYSON TRUCKING, FOR PHASE III <br />OF THE PROPOSED TYSON TRUCKING WAREHOUSE EXPANSION LOCATED AT <br />4825 MUSTANG CIRCLE, PLANNING CASE NO. 266-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request by Everest Development, representing Tyson Trucking, for <br />a wetland alteration permit for Phase III of the proposed Tyson <br />Trucking warehouse expansion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 48 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />outlines the criteria for the granting of a wetland alteration <br />permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal meets all requirements set forth <br />in Chapter 48 of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Code allows construction in a wetland with <br />approval of a Wetland Alteration Permit; and <br /> <br />.. WHEREAS, the development will have minimal or no impact <br />on the wetland as a result of this proposal. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the requested Wetland Alteration Permit for Phase <br />III of the Tyson Trucking warehouse expansion, 4825 Mustang Circle, <br />contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. All applicable permits from the Minnesota Department <br />of Natural Resources and Army Corps of Engineers <br />must be obtained prior to the effectuation of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />2. Any changes necessitated by the above mentioned <br />permi ts to the submitted grading, drainage and <br />erosion control plan dated September 25, 1990, shall <br />be reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of cTN-0x~tfah-e_r ,1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~-~~ <br /> <br />Mayor ' <br /> <br />.
