<br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4008 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT REQUEST FOR <br />RONALD CROWE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION ON HIS PROPERTY <br />WHICH IS LOCATED IN A WETLAND BUFFER ZONE, 8145 LONG LAKE ROAD, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 316-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request by Ronald Crowe for a wetland alteration permit to <br />construct an addition on his property which is located in a wetland <br />buffer zone; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the addition meets all setback requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Code allows construction in a wetland buffer <br />zone with approval of Wetland Alteration Permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there will be no impact on the wetland as a <br />result of this structure. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the Wetland Alteration Permit request by Ronald <br />Crowe, 8145 Long Lake Road. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of November, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/-- ?//-;Lk. <br />Ma or <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Act~st~ato~ <br /> <br />. <br />
