<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4013 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR <br />WILLIAM MELLON TO CONSTRUCT A FENCE WITHIN A WETLAND ZONE, <br />6953 PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 317-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the'Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request by William Mellon for a wetland alteration permit to <br />construct a fence within a wetland zone; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the fence meets all requirements of the City <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Code allows construction in a wetland zone <br />with a wetland alteration permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there will be no impact on the wetland as a <br />result of this fence. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the requested wetland alteration permit <br />to construct a fence within the wetland zone at 6953 Pleasant <br />View Drive. <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of November, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~'- <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Ac~strator <br />
