<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4018 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the City Hall,. on December 3, 1990 with the following <br />members present: Hankner, Quick, Wuori <br /> <br />and the following members absent: Blanchard, Paone <br /> <br />Member Wuori introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE 1991 BONDS AND INTEREST TAX LEVY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. There shall be a tax levied for repayment of an <br />Equipment Debt Certificate in the amount of $100,955 <br />pursuant to MSA, Section 412.301, that the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby requested and <br />directed to levy upon taxable property in the City <br />of Mounds View the sum of $100,955 for the payment <br />of principal and interest of said Equipment Debt <br />Certificates. <br /> <br />2.
