<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4020 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at City <br />Hall on December 10, 1990 with the following members present: <br /> <br />Blanchard, Quick, Paone, Wuori <br /> <br />and the following members absent: Hankner <br /> <br />Member Paone introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION LEVYING A TAX FOR DELINQUENT <br />UTILITY, FORESTRY AND MOWING CHARGES OVER A ONE YEAR PERIOD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed all properties on <br />which there are delinquent utility, forestry and mowing charges; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined each affected property is <br />responsible for each charge the owner has incurred; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View hereby authorizes and directs the City Clerk <br />to certify to the Auditor of.Ramsey County the attached list of <br />delinquent utility, forestry and mowing charges, said list made a <br />part herein, for certification against the tax levy of said <br />property owners for the year 1990, collectible in 1991, and which <br />listing includes an administrative fee of five percent (5%). <br />Interest shall be figured at the rate of eight percent (8%) on <br />the total amount for one year.
