<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4091 <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A BUDGET CHANGE FOR PAYMENT OF 1991 <br />COUNCIL/STAFF GOALSETTING EXPENSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council recognizes the <br />benefits to the City of strategic planning, goalsetting and <br />teambuilding activities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council and City Staff participated in a day <br />and one-half Goalsetting Session on May 10th and 11th to <br />develop goals and strategies for the City's future, enhance <br />the cooperat~ve sense of team among Council and staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the expenses were incurred for consultant fees <br />and lodging which were not included in the 1991 budget; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Council to authorize a <br />budget change and approve payment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View does hereby authorize the following <br />budget changes: <br /> <br />$121.00 from Contingency Fund 100-4120-910 to City Hall <br />100-4190-114 <br /> <br />$4,315.00 from Contingency Fund 100-4120-910 to City <br />Council 100-4100-303 <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of June, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />M or <br /> <br /> <br />Ci~O~ ~~ <br />
