<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOII 110. 4092 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION HOLDING TeE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />HARMLESS REGARDING INCREASING THE MAINTENANCE ALLOCATION <br />TO THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW STAT&AID ACCOUNT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View has <br />requested and received approval from the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation for a $52,399 increase in the 1991 maintenance <br />allotment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />conditioned this increase upon the city Council of the City of <br />Mounds View passing a resolution which indemnifies, saves I and <br />holds harmless the State of Minnesota, from any action arising <br />out of, or by reason of, the granting of this increase; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by tbe City Council of the <br />City Of MoundS View, to accept the transfer of $52,399 from the <br />City's state Aid Construction Account to the 1991 Maintenance <br />Allotment for the City of Mounds view; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by ~he city council of the city of <br />Mounds View" that the City indemnifies, saves, and holds haI1Uless <br />the State of Minnesota, all its agents, and employees from any <br />and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out <br />of,.or by reason of, the granting of this increase. <br /> <br />Adopted this loth day of June, 1991 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the above. is a. true and correct copy <br />of a Resolution duly pas;;:;6d, adopted' and appr-ovedby the City <br />Council of the City of Mounds View on Febru y 27,1989. <br /> <br />
