<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.., <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.4094 <br /> <br />CIlY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br />COUNlY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING mE PROPERlY LOCATED ON GROVELAND ROAD, <br />ACROSS FROM GROVELAND PARK AS Cl1Y OWNED OPEN SPACE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the land located across from Groveland Park on Groveland Road is <br />wetland; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View owns this wetland property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this land provides the community with open space in an urban <br />setting. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following restrictions pertain to <br />this open space as described in the Municipal Code under Chapter 52, Parks, <br />Playgrounds, Open Space and Recreation Area Rules and Regulations: <br /> <br />· No intoxicating beverages shall be consumed, displayed for possessed in any park, <br />playground, open space, or recreation area in the City. In no event shall any non- <br />intoxicating liquors be sold or bartered in any park, playground, open space or <br />recreation area. <br /> <br />· No person, unless engaged in official City Business or otherwise specifically <br />authorized by the Clerk-Administrator, shall operate a motor vehicle in any park, <br />playground, open space or recreation area within the City of Mounds View except <br />upon those areas that are designated for use by certain vehicles. <br /> <br />· No person unless engaged in official City business shall enter upon or use any <br />park, playground, open space or recreation area of the City, including all park <br />property, improved or not, and all equipment and facilities located thereon, <br />between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. when such facilities are posted by <br />signs noting the curfew hours, provided however, that such posting shall be by <br />order of the City Council. The fact that any person not engaged in official City <br />business as authorized or delegated by the Clerk-Administrator may be present in a <br />closed park during said curfew hours shall be prima facie evidence that said person <br />is there unlawfully. <br /> <br />· No glass beverage containers are allowed in any park, playground, open space or <br />recreation area in the City. <br /> <br />· No person shall operate a snowmobile in Mounds View (see Chapter 202 as it <br />relates to the use of snowmobiles.) <br />
