<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2512 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR <br />SABRI AYAZ, 7751 BONA ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 269-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sabri Ayaz has requested a wetland alteration <br />permlt to perform work in the buffer zone of a wetland at 7751 <br />Bona Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the work consists of replacing patio blocks and <br />adding a sldewalk with stalrs to access the garage door; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed work meets all zoning ordinance <br />setback requlrements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has reviewed and commented on the wetland <br />impact and found that the proposal does not have a significant <br />adverse impact on the wetland. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the wetland alteration permit <br />for Sabri Ayaz, 7751 Bona Road. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of July, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
