<br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2514 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR AND <br />MAYOR TO EXECUTE A HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN RASMEY COUNTY, THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON, <br />THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, AND THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />proposed Household Hazardous Waste Collection Agreement and <br />approves the expenditure of approximately $500.00 to cover the <br />City of Mounds View's cost for participation in the Collection <br />Day. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorizes its Mayor and Clerk-Administrator to execute <br />the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Agreement pursuant to <br />direction found above. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of July, 1989. <br /> <br />..~ ATTEST: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
