<br />RESOLUTION NO. 5083 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR OLD HIGHWAY 8 <br />RECONSTRUC1'ION AND PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey Coul)ty is considering <br />to reconstruct Old Highway 8, from the New <br />Brighton city limits to County Road H2; and <br />WHEREAS. this project will include total <br />street reconstruction in accordance with <br />County State Aid Standards, storm sewer <br />construction. storm water quality/detention <br />pond construction; and <br />WHEREAS. this project is proposed to be <br />assessed in accordance with Chapter 202 of <br />the Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS. Ramsey County has completed <br />a feasibility study and has concluded that the <br />proieet is feasible; and <br />WHEREAS. Ramsey County received bids <br />for the improvement project and the project <br />budget is $1,228,258,15 of which <br />approximately $108,684 the City 01 Mounds <br />View will contribute to the construction proj!3cl <br />in ac"ordance with Ramsey CounW's Cost <br />Participation Policy, <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE'IT RESOLVED <br />,that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View sets a public hearing on February 24, <br />-1997 at 7:15 P,rn, tO,be held at,M.9un~tsVi!3W- <br />City Hall, 2401 Hwy, 10, MoundS View, MN <br />55112, to consider the reconstruction of <br />, Ramsey County Road Old Highway 8, from <br />the New Brighton city limits to County Road <br />H, <br />Adopted this 27th day of January, 1997, <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />/a/ Duane W.
