<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />Resolution No. 5118 <br />Approving County Road Turnback (Spring Lake Road) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Mounds View concurs <br />with the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners revoking the "County Road" status of Spring <br />Lake Road from County Road H2 to Hillview Road and from Trunk Highway 10 to the North <br />County Line, and transferring jurisdiction over the roadway to the City of Mounds View, <br />effective the first day of the second month after the Ramsey County Office of Budgeting and <br />Accounting has encumbered the funds necessary to fund the reconstruction project, and after the <br />County is in receipt of an adopted resolution from the City of Mounds View concurring with the <br />County revoking the "County Road" status of Spring Lake Road from County Road H2 to <br />Hillview Road and from Trunk Highway 10 to the North County Line. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County will pay to the City as just <br />compensation for the jurisdictional transfer of Spring Lake Road from County Road H2 to <br />Hillview Road and from Trunk Highway 10 to the North County Line, an estimated cost of <br />$580,000 1rom Capital Improvement Funds for Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation as <br />calculated tI-om the County Road Reconstruction Cost Participation Policy, Resolution No. 9- <br />1272, and adjusted by Pavement Management System [(90-Condition Rating) -7- Condition <br />Rating] x 1993 Condition Rating ). <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Ramsey County will reimburse the City of <br />Mounds View an estimated $580,000 upon presentation of billings from the construction <br />contractor for the reconstruction of Spring Lake Road. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mounds View <br />Engineer is authorized within the limits of this resolution to take actions necessary to have the <br />identified jurisdiction change executed. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of May, 1997. <br /> <br />~~ tAfY4/(k/r <br /> <br />MA YOR <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />az;:r w . .. <br /> <br />CITY AD~TRATOR <br />
