The garage shall not be used for living space or other uses not allowed by the <br />district in which it is located or by the Zoning Code. Should the use change for <br />which the permit was granted, the conditional use permit shall become null and void. <br /> <br />4. No other accessory buildings shall be allowed on this lot. <br /> <br />5. The propel1y owner shall remove a twenty foot (20') section of the southern <br />driveway measured from its intersection with Knollwood Drive, and shall re-sod or <br />re-seed this area, prior to issuance of the building permit for the oversized garage. <br /> <br />6. The property owner shall pave the northern driveway in conjunction with this <br />project, but in no event later than July 1, 1998. <br /> <br />7.
